It has been too long since I have actually blogged..I have been in facebook world...much has happened in my life since I last wrote.

Currently I am the Social Services Director at Menlo Park Health Care a company of Eagle Healthcare (www.eaglehealthcare.net) and I find this job to be challenging, and extremely rewarding..I receive amazing gifts from my residents on a daily basis and I work with a wonderful staff. In May 2010 I underwent a life changing experience and decided to have Gastric Bypass surgery....this is NOT for everyone...and is NOT the easy road to take..It IS a LIFE LONG JOURNEY!!! So far 8 1/2 months later I have lost about 87 pounds since my highest weight last February 2/26/10 and I feel like a new person. I am a work in progress...in the days and months ahead I hope to use this platform to journal more about this. Please continue reading if you are interested.
